Perry Inspires The Next Generation

Here at Perry we understand that the next generation are very important. Rather than children aspiring to become the next One Direction or Mila Kunis, we need young aspiring Marie Curie and Bill Gates wannabes.

Each year, we invite a group of school children to visit our Newton Aycliffe site for the day. The children meet our Sales Managers and Engineers and they are shown the structure of our business. They take part in process experiments using our equipment and are advised what each piece of equipment does in manufacturing and production sites across the globe.

On 28th June this year, our staff at Perry Process will welcome a class of Year 6 students from the local Aycliffe Village Primary School. The children have been studying science in the classroom but their visit to Perry Process will enable them to see how the experiments they perform translate into real-world situations.

By making their day fun and informative we can inspire the youth of today to consider a future career in science and engineering.
